Pros:

The ISP Decimator is probably the most hyped noise gate on the internet. For once, the hype seems justified. The pedal is utterly transparent, it does not mess with your tone. The threshold is a lot more sensitive than it is with the NS2, its main competitor. I dialed in the pedal with a Les Paul fitted with Suhr Doug Aldrich pickups. When I switched to a Strat with stock single coils I did not need to alter my settings. There is no need to set the threshold ridiculously high, so your sustain is not cut off. The attack of your notes is left virtually intact.

Cons:

Some kind of visual reference to show the pedal is gating or not would be nice.

Sound Quality:
5 (excellent)
Customer Support:

No idea.

Reliability:

I just got mine, but our other guitar player has used one for years without any issues.
